What we collect. Your answers to the WispMint questionnaire (your business's name, address, coordinator contact and how your business handles security), and your email and payment details at checkout. We never ask for your customers' or employees' actual personal data, and you should not enter any.

How we use it. Only to create, deliver and support your Written Information Security Plan. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card number. Plan text is generated with the Anthropic API, which receives your office-setup answers but not your contact details or payment information.

How long we keep it. Unpaid answers are deleted after 14 days. Paid plans are kept for about 13 months so your download link keeps working, then deleted. Email us to delete yours sooner.

Sharing. We don't sell or rent your information. We share it only with the service providers above, as needed to run WispMint, or when the law requires it.
