What you get. A Written Information Security Plan generated from your answers, based on official guidance (for tax and accounting firms, IRS Publications 5708 and 4557 and the FTC Safeguards Rule; for other businesses, FTC and NIST small-business guidance and state data security laws), delivered as a downloadable document.

Your responsibility. Your plan is only as accurate as your answers. You are responsible for reviewing it, following it, fixing the gaps it lists, and keeping it current. Adopting a plan does not by itself make a firm compliant or secure.

Not legal advice. WispMint is not a law firm and does not provide legal, tax or audit advice. For questions about your specific obligations, consult a qualified professional.

Refunds and fixes

Your WISP is a digital product delivered the moment checkout finishes. Before paying, you agree to this policy with a checkbox.

WISP Plus and Business Pro subscriptions

Payments. Purchases are processed by Stripe, which acts as the seller of record (merchant of record) for WispMint products, collects any applicable sales tax at checkout and remits it. Your receipt and card statement may show Stripe's name alongside WispMint. Stripe's consumer terms also apply to your purchase. Refund requests still come to us at hello@wispmint.ai and we handle them under the policy above.

Liability. To the extent the law allows, WispMint's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for your plan.
